My name is Nick Hatter and I am currently studying MEng Computer Science at the School of Electronics and Computer Science in Southampton University.

My strengths lie with Java for software development, and scripting languages for web development including JSP, PHP and Javascript. I am familiar with bash and C-Shell for server administration and I also have some knowledge of C. I have experience with using awk, sed and Scheme for text processing.

I have developed websites for small businesses and individuals - browse my project portfolio.

I would consider myself a Computer Science student who is business-aware and experienced with dealing with clients face-to-face, as well as working in a team.

I currently hold an orange belt in SMRTJ Jiu Jitsu and I am a qualified appointed-person for first-aid. I also play guitar in a band and I love paintballing.
